Its computer software is based on organ function, endocrinology, Chinese five-element theory, homeopathy, and the law of compensation. MediPoint guides the physician through the evaluation process to arrive at a final conclusion for condition, suggested treatment and protocol.

MediPoint provides an organized management of the investigation into the body’s compensation process, allowing the physician to discover root causes. It then recommends an appropriate treatment with full explanations along with the evaluation pathway, as well as allowing easy override and customization by the physician for his/her own unique treatment protocol. The system then generates a detailed Patient Summary Report which explains the physician's findings & suggested treatments along with a Patient Supplement Report which lists all nutriceuticals suggested during the evaluation and a Physician’s Report.

Patient report information includes herbs, nutrition, dietary recommendations, mental and emotional information, including constitutional and miasmic homeopathic remedies.

As well as checking for organ balance and function, the system checks for preemptive conditions that requires immediate treatment before testing for root causes.

How Medipoint Works

Due to the body's prime directive to create homeostasis, specific body systems will attempt to compensate for functional disorders. This process of compensating will mask chronic dysfunction so effectively that it may remain undetected by conventional, as well as alternative diagnostic methods. MediPoint provides an organized management of the investigation into the body’s compensation process, allowing the physician to discover root causes.

By following the evaluation established by MediPoint, the physician is able to interface (talk to) the patient's own body, identify the unique pathways of disorder for each individual, and then accurately determine the primary causes of each dysfunction. Once the disease pathways and causes have been determined, MediPoint then assists the doctor in isolating the appropriate treatments.

With the assistance of the MediPoint System, the physician is able to systematically follow the patient’s own established disease pathways in reverse order of their development. It accomplishes this by systematically identifying each dysfunctional body system enabling the physician to clearly follow the individuals own "Road Map to Health".

MediPoint has been in development for six years with over 53,000 man-hours in system design, implementation and testing. It has over 87,000 lines of computer code, 25,000 evaluation screens (usually not more than 12 screens will come up in a typical evaluation). The Knowledge Base is 79,900,000 bytes, with 1,100 Treatment Protocols, and 4700 topic indexes to nutriceutical medications and their manufacturers, contents, recommended dosages, contraindications and purposes.

It was for this reason that MediPoint was developed: To identify the correct pathway among the numerous possibilities and then prescribe the correct treatments to reverse a condition is a monumental task. It requires that the physician have a complete working knowledge of the entire human body, a thorough understanding of how all of the body components interact, an awareness of all the possible causes of any disease, an accurate understanding of the causes of psychological disorders, the ability to diagnose the countless numbers of pathways in disease progression, and a working knowledge of effective treatments.
