Technical Support for the MediPoint program is free for 90 days from the time of purchase. When calling a MediPoint technical support engineer, please have your product serial number ready. You can find your serial number on the first page of the MediPoint Physicians User's Guide.
In order to make the support process most efficient, please fax a copy of the problem or error to MediPoint Systems, LLC Tech Support first. Then call MediPoint Technical Support.
